I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist based in Lewes, East Sussex. I believe in the power of food to nourish the body and promote wellness. I work one-to-one with clients, to create individual plans to help them lead a healthy and happy life.

If you suffer from issues like fatigue, stress, hormone imbalances, digestive & gut discomfort, allergies or infertility, nutritional therapy can help.

By finding the root cause of your symptoms I can help improve your health, energy and sense of wellbeing.

I have a special interest in fertility, pregnancy, early years and child nutrition.

Appointments

Based in Lewes, East Sussex and available for home visits in Lewes, Brighton and the surrounding areas, as well as UK wide consultations via Skype or Zoom. Initial consultation will take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes and follow-ups 45 minutes.
